Congestion in the San Francisco Bay area has become a huge problem. Not only is it contributing to pollution and wasting of precious natural resources, but very little thought has gone into alternatives that might actually make a difference. It is time to take the power of tuition reimbursement is used by many corporations as a way to motivate their employees and shifted to encouraging individuals to make a two-year commitment to purchasing and cycling to work using an electric bicycle that in many cases would result in a shorter commute time then they are doing currently in their cars.
