Exceeded expectations! This is an easy to read but high-impact book that really speaks to the challenges faced by many professionals with 20+ years of experience. The author’s description of executive search is brilliantly funny…..and accurate. The book is direct and is willing to take-on topics that are often brushed under the carpet or considered to be “too sensitive”. Well done. An inspiring and prescriptive read for anyone at this mid/advanced stage in their career, whether they have been “fired for age” or not.

Reynold Lewke redefines the career path from a sprint to a marathon. This requires a new way of thinking about the way you prepare yourself, pace yourself and define the goals you want to achieve. While the title seems to focus on individuals who are well along in their career journey, it is also valuable to people who are just starting out.
