Meet Reynold Lewke
From an early age, Reynold Lewke learned that perseverance beats intelligence. This mantra from his parents he applied to his life. He also learned the difference that good coaching can make to sports, school and professional life.
Already as teenager, Reynold learned the value of hard work, even when it seemed boring and repetitive. He needed to help finance his undergraduate education and then was on his own for law school and thereafter. He learned the pain of being fired from his first real job, dealing with significant health issues, helping a great wife and partner raise 4 children, and actively caring for aging parents and in-laws. All of this experience he brings to his clients.
Over the years, Reynold has coached professionals at every career stage, from returning homemakers, to fired C-suite executives, to rapidly rising stars and mid-career managers. During his 30+ year career coaching and executive search career, including 20+ years at Egon Zehnder, he has enjoyed working cross culturally with clients from across the US, Europe and Asia.
At United Technologies, Sikorsky Aircraft, he worked with domestic, international and Government customers as a Senior Lawyer and then became a BlackHawk Program Manager. He started as a litigator with a private law firm in New York City.
Academically, his studies include aerospace engineering, air and space law, finance and marketing, and chronic disease, from MIT, McGill, NYU and Stanford. He is a licensed attorney in New York and California, and teaches Business Law at UCSC.
As a NASM Certified Professional Trainer, with Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Specializations, and Certified Ironman Coach, he coaches a broad spectrum of people to become their true inner triathlete, himself having completed over 70+ triathlons, including 20+ Ironman distance.
