Resilience. Discipline. Real-world wisdom.
Reynold Lewke brings it all to the table. From a young age, Reynold learned that perseverance beats pure talent – a lesson that shaped his approach to life, work, and leadership. Whether navigating academic challenges, financing his education, or overcoming the sting of being fired from his first real job, he’s lived the kind of grit he now helps others channel.
With over 30 years in coaching and executive search, including two decades at Egon Zehnder, Reynold has worked with global leaders across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to build their teams and unlock their next chapter as a company and also personally. Reynold has guided professionals at every career stage – from high-performing executives and C-suite leaders in transition to returning homemakers and mid-career managers.
Before executive search and coaching, Reynold served as a Senior Attorney and BlackHawk Program Manager at Sikorsky Aircraft (United Technologies), supporting government and international clients. He began his professional career litigating major aviation cases in New York City.
His academic background spans aerospace engineering, air and space law, finance, marketing, and chronic disease – with credentials from MIT, McGill, NYU, and Stanford. He’s also a licensed attorney (New York and California).
Outside the boardroom, Reynold’s energy is relentless. A NASM-certified trainer, Certified Ironman Coach, and finisher of 25+ Ironman distance triathlons, he helps people tap into their inner athlete – because physical and mental endurance builds leadership strength, too.
